We're delighted to announce that we are finalists for The Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards for the second year running!
Our shortlisted project this year is the online application system we built for the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) which allows organisations to apply for charitable status online for the first time.
This project involved working closely with the OSCR project team to
• provide an easy-to-use, accessible application system for both professional users and members of the public;
• streamline the application process for OSCR staff by ensuring they have all the information they need to make decision;
• give staff full control to maintain a complex application form over the long term.
Feedback from applicants includes “All very easy and helpful” and “Excellent site - very user friendly”.
Martin Tyson, OSCR Head of Casework said “The process of developing the online form was genuinely agile and collaborative. The result has been a form which our applicants tell us is easy to use, and gives us the capability to keep developing it in the light of user needs.”
The award winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on October 23rd
