The Scottish SPCA wished to replace their existing Raisers Edge membership database as users found it over-complicated and time-consuming to use, with many awkward processes to work around limitations in the software, and expensive and unsatisfactory support from Blackbaud.

Being a critical part of the charity's core fundraising role (including generating many thousands of direct debits per month) it was essential that data was successfully migrated, that the transition was seamless and that the new system performed flawlessly from day one.

• Records all contact information including address history, bank accounts, direct debits, standing orders, donations and gift aid declarations
• Generates all direct debits to pass to bank, and imports all standing order records from bank
